Translation

Seal of the sebastos Andronikos, offshoot of royal Komnenian lineage.

Commentary

The owner is likely to have been the Andronikos Komnenos attested as the son of Maria Komnene (firstborn daughter of John II Komnenos, hence the inscription's emphasis on his Komnenian lineage) and John Rogerios Dalassenos.
