Translation
σφράγισμα γραφῶν εὐκλέους Θεοδώρας Κομνηνοφυοῦς προσφιλοῦς ὁμοζύγου, κλέος τοῦ μεγάλου δουκὸς Ἰσαακίου σεβαστοκρατοῦντος εὐθαλοῦς κλάδου.
Seal of the writings of the illustrious Theodora, endearing wife of Komnenian issue, pride of the grand doux Isaac, and flourishing offshoot of a sebastokrator.
Commentary
This metrical seal should be dated to the last quarter of the twelfth century and no later than 1204.
