Standing figure of the Mother of God, holding the Child in her right arm. Sigla: ̅ΘΥ̅: Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Within concentric circles of dots, an inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock:

Δέσποινα, σὺ σφράγιζε τοὺς ἐμοὺς λόγους. σφραγὶς γραφῶν τε κρίσεων Εὐθυμίου.
Lady, seal my words. The seal of Euthymios' letters and decisions.
