Bust of the Mother of God, nimbate, orans, with the medallion of Christ before her. Sigla to both sides: Μ̄Θ̄: Μήτηρ Θεοῦ. Border of dots.

Commentary

In his unpublished catalogue of the Shaw catalogue, Laurent calls the thirteen-syllable metrical inscription on the reverse hypermetric. On the other hand, Wassiliou-Seibt explains the extra syllable by saying that there is synizesis occuring in the first two syllables of Θεοδοσίου.
