Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Θεοδώρου.
Mother of God, give Thy aid. (Seal of) Theodore.
Commentary
Laurent read the monogram as Theodore, but the presence of a beta (clearly visible at right) refutes this reading or, as we surmise, is part of an invocation which we present as part of the inscription.
