Virgin orans standing on a suppedion with a medallion of Christ before her. Remains of an illegible circular inscription along circumference of the border. Sigla: Μ̅Θ̅ : M(ήτηρ) Θ(εοῦ). Linear border.

Reverse

St John Chrysostom standing, blessing with his right hand and holding a gospel book in his left. Remains of an illegible circular inscription along circumference of the border. Inscription in two columns: |Ι|Ο|ΣΤΟ|Μ, : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Ἰω(άννης) ὁ Χρ(υσό)στομ(ος). Border of dots.
