Obverse

Bust of the Archangel Michael, holding a sceptre in his right hand and a globus in his left. Sigla: Χ̣|.|Μ̣: Ἀ(ρ)χ(άγγελος) Μ(ι)[χ(αὴλ)]. Linear border. Very worn. 

Reverse

Bust of St Kosmas or Saint Thomas; right hand indistinct, left hand holds an indistinct object. Inscription in two columns: ̣|.|.Μ||Σ : ὁ ἅ(γιος) [Κο](σ)μᾶς or [Θω]μᾶς. Linear border.

Given the worn condition of the seal, it is not possible to distinguish if the reverse figure is bearded (Kosmas) or beardless (Thomas).
