Obverse

St Peter standing, with his right hand (indistinct) before his breast and holding a cross-staff in his left; the letters of Peter’s name are in reverse. Inscription at left: |Π|Τ|Ο : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Πέτρο(ς). Linear border.

 

Reverse

St Paul standing in three quarters to the left, his right hand is blessing in front of his chest, his left hand is holding an open scroll. Inscription in two columns: .|Π|Υ|Ο|Σ : [ὁ ἅ(γιος)] Παύλος. Linear border.

Commentary

The obverse appears to have been counter-stamped with two trefoil impressions at the upper and lower right.
