Standing figure of St Nicholas turned to the right with his right hand extended towards the manus Dei. Sigla on either side: |Ν|ΙΚ|Ο|Λ,: ὁ ἅ(γιος) Νικόλ(αος). Border of dots.

Inscription of five lines, a cross above and a decoration below. Border of dots.
