The Mother of God standing, turned to her left with her hands upraised towards the manus Dei. Sigla on either side: μρ̅θ̣υ̣̅ : Μ(ήτη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Border of dots.

Inscription of six lines beginning with a cross. Border of dots.
