Cf. Wassiliou-Seibt, Siegel mit metrischen Legenden I, no. 760; she publishes the same seal but with a different reading in vol. II, no. 1699. The first reading is to be preferred.

Translation

ἐπιγραφὴ δηλώσει κλῆσιν καὶ γένος ....σε... σφραγίζω τοὺς λόγους.

The signature will show the name and family of ....se... (whose) words I seal.

Commentary

Damage to the top portion of the reverse prevents us from reading the owner's name. The inscription as a whole consists of two twelve-syllable verses.
