Translation

σφραγὶς Ἰωσὴφ Μαγγάνων βασιλικοῦ νοταρίου.

Seal of Joseph imperial notarios of the Mangana.

Commentary

In Bulles métriques Laurent reproduces the inscription of the fourth line as he had it in his unpublished catalogue, but there is one more letter than he thought. The second letter in the fourth line could be A (πρωτο-), but we prefer R because the top portion seems to be rounded.
