Translation
Mother of God, help your servant Joachim, dioiketes of the routes of the kommerkiarioi.
Commentary
The reading follows Laurent's reconsitution of the poorly preserved inscription and is by no means certain. If accepted, it would be the sole known reference to a dioiketes (or inspector) of the routes used by the kommerkiarioi.
