Translation
Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λεοντίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγο Χαλδίας.
Lord, help your servant Leontios, protospatharios and strategos of Chaldia.

Commentary
The engraving is of poor quality. The reading of the toponym is uncertain. The last two lines of the reverse could just as easily be read as Χα[ρσια(νοῦ)]. We placed it here because it seems to use that after the last Α there is an oblique line, which can be the letter Λ for Χαλδίας but not the letter Ρ for Χαρσιανοῦ.
