Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Κωνσταντίνῳ μαγίστρῳ τῷ .ου...

Mother of God, help your servant Constantine ..., magistros.

Commentary

The inscription appears to have concluded with the owner's family name which cannot be reconstituted on the basis of the letters visible. If we are correct in identifying an ου ligature in the last line, then the names Doukas or Bourtzes are possible.
