Translation

σφραγὶς Eὐσταθίου πρωτονωβελισίμου τοῦ Καμύτζη

Seal of Eustathios Kamytzes, protonobelissimos.

Commentary

The family name is not certain. A Eustathios Kamytzes served as a military official under Alexios I; a seal attributed to him bearing the title protonobelissimos, however, has different iconography than on this specimen (Laurent, Orghidan, no. 97). See PBW : Eustathios 102.
