Obverse

Patriarchal cross on three steps with an X on the first crossing. Ornamental fleurons to either side. Linear border. Within the border, an inscription begins at seven o'clock:

κεοηθιτσδλ,

Κ(ύρι)ε βοήθι τῷ σῷ δούλ(ῳ)

Reverse

Inscription of four lines. Linear border.
