Commentary
Due to the combination of name (Basil), title (patrikios), office (parakoimomenos), and design (border of dots between two concentric linear borders), the owner of this seal is likely Basil Lekapenos. Compare with BZS.1955.1.4473 and BZS.1947.2.828.
