Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ιωάννῃ σεβαστωφόρῳ.

Lord, help your servant John, sebastophoros.

Commentary

It is possible that this seal belonged to John Pepagomenos, attested as sebastophoros during the trial of John Italos in 1082. See PBW: Ioannes 497.
