Translation

σφραγὶς βεβαιοῖ καὶ Χριστὸς Θεὸς πλέον χαρτουλαρίου τὰς γραφὰς Νικολάου.

The seal, and even more so Christ the Lord, secure the writings of the chartoularios Nicholas.
