Standing figure of the Mother of God orans, the medallion of Christ before her. Sigla preserved at left: ΜΡ̅: Μ(ήτη)ρ [Θ(εο)ῦ]. Within a border of dots, a circular inscription beginning with a cross at seven o'clock:

ΘΚΕΟΗΘΕΙ

Θ(εοτό)κε βοήθει [τῷ σῷ δούλῳ]

Inscription of six lines, bottom line missing. Border of dots.

Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. οὗ σφραγίς εἰμι τὴν γραφὴν βλέπων νόει.

Mother of God, help your servant. Know whose seal I am by looking at the letter.
