In the center, the Mother of God standing with her hands raised in supplication. Sigla on either side: ̅θυ̅ : Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Along the circumference, between concentric borders of dots, a partially preserved circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock:
