Obverse

In the center, the Mother of God standing with her hands raised in supplication. Sigla on either side: ̅θυ̅ : Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Along the circumference, between concentric borders of dots, a partially preserved circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock:

θκε̣,θ̣......ε̣....

Θ(εοτό)κε β(οή)θ(ει) [τ]ῷ [σ]ῷ [δούλῳ Γ]ε[ωργί]ῳ

Reverse

In the center, a Latin cross adorned with pellets (x at the transverse bar). Fleurons on either side. Along the circumference, between concentric borders of dots, a partially preserved circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock:

κρι...........ρομ..τ̣̣ισακιτ,

κρι[τῇ ἐπὶ τοῦ Ἱπποδ]ρόμ[ου] τῷ Ἰσακιώτ(ῃ)
