φρουροὶ πάρεσμεν τῶν γραφῶν Θεοδώρου Δεκαπολίτων ἐκ γένους πεφυκότος.

We stand on guard for the letters of Theodore, sprung from the family of the Dekapolitai.

The inscription consists of two dodecasyllabic verses.
