Translation

Ἁγήα Τρηἀς βοήθη. Βασιλίου κόμιτος καὶ ἐπάνο τον δεήσεων.

Holy Trinity, give thy aid. (Seal of) Basil komes and master of petitions.

Commentary

Another possible yet less likely reading of the final abbreviation could be Δ(υ)σ(ικῶν).
