Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. Χριστέ βοήθη Θεωφυλάκτῳ ὑπάτῳ ἀμήν
Theotokos, help your servant. Christ help Theophylaktos hypatos, amen.
Commentary
There are two invocations present on the seal, perhaps indicating that this individual changed one side of his seal without updating the other.
