Translation

ὡς πάντα συσφράγιζε τῷ Θεοφάνει κριτὴν ἐπαρχότητα, Μῆτερ τοῦ Λόγου.

As with all things, Mother of the Word, confirm Theophanes in the office of judge and eparch with your seal as well.

Commentary

The inscription consists of two twelve-syllable verses.
