Κύριε or Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ .... ὑπάτῳ καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ τῶν Θρᾳκησίων.

Lord or Theotokos, help your servant ... hypatos and protonotarios of the Thrakesioi.
