Translation

Σεργίου στρατηλάτου.

(Seal of) Sergios stratelates.

Commentary

The reverse is double struck with the same monogram shifted to 3 o'clock and shifted downwards; as a result the lower λ can be seen on the fainter monogram below the left arm of the cruciform. There must be a worn ρ below the τ to resolve the monogram.
