Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Γεωργίου στρατηγοῦ.
Theotokos, lend Thy aid. (Seal of) George strategos.
Commentary
It is possible that the monogram above the eagle on the reverse reads the name Στρατηγίου (Strategios), but that is much less likely, as a double name, than strategos.
