Bust of St. Theodore holding a spear in his right hand and a shield in his left hand. Vertical inscription on either side: |υε|ο-δ|ρ|ο, : Ὁ ἅ(γιος) Θεόδωρο(ς). Along the border of dots, at right, remnants of a circular inscription:

[Κύριε or Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ] δούλ(ῳ)

Κύριε or Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ [..]σ[...] πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ τῶν Ἀρμενιακῶν.

Lord or Mother of God, help your servant [...s], protospatharios and protonotarios of the Armeniakoi.
