The Virgin orans with a medallion of Christ before her; right half is effaced. Sigla preserved at left: ̣̅: Μ(ήτη)ρ [Θ(εο)ῦ]. Border of dots.

Reverse

St John Chrysostom; his right hand indistinct and holding a gospel book in his left; left side effaced. Inscription in two columns (only right survives): Ι̅|.|̣|., : [ὁ ἅγιος] Ἰω(άννης) [ὁ] Χρ(υσόστο)[μ](ος). Border of dots.
