St Nicholas offering a blessing with his right hand and holding a gospel book in his left; much of the right side of the field is effaced. Inscription in two columns: .|Ν̣|Ι – Κ̣|.|.|.|Ο̣|Σ : [ὁ ἅ(γιος)] Νικ[όλα]ος. Border of dots.
