Obverse

The Virgin orans, standing on a suppedion. Sigla preserved at left: ̣̅ : Μ(ήτη)ρ [Θ(εο)ῦ]. Border of dots. 

Reverse

St John the Baptist standing, his right arm extended in blessing and holding a long cross-staff in his left hand; flanking the figure at the lower left and right is an uncertain inscription at the end of which is a decorative device. Upper inscription in two columns (right only survives): Ο||, : [ὁ ἅ(γιος) Ἰω(άννης)] ὁ Πρ(όδρομος). Border of dots.
