Obverse

Bust of the Virgin with her hands raised before her. Remains of a circular inscription in the border. Sigla preserved at left: ̅ : Μή(τη)ρ [Θ(εο)ῦ]. Traces of an inscription along the  border: .Σ̣ : [Θ(εοτό)κε βοήθει τ]ῷ σῷ [δούλῳ]. Border of dots.

Reverse

Bust of St John the Baptist, right side effaced, left hand holds a closed scroll. Inscription in two columns (only right survives): |,|, : [ὁ ἅ(γιος) Ἰω(άννης) ὁ] Πρ(ό)δρ(ο)μ(ος). Border of dots.
