The Virgin orans with a medallion of Christ before her. Sigla preserved at left: ̅ : Μή(τη)ρ [Θ(εο)ῦ]. Flanking Christ’s head within nimbus: ισ̅χσ̅ : Ἰ(ησοῦ)ς Χ(ριστὸ)ς. Border of dots.

Reverse

St John Chrysostom blessing with his right hand and holding a gospel book with his left. Inscription in two columns: |Ι̅Ο||Μ : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Ἰω(άννη)ς ὁ Χρ(υσόστο)μ(ος). Border of dots.
