Translation
ἐπισφράγισμα πράξεών τε καὶ λόγων τοῦ Μαγγανίτου τυγχάνω Κωνσταντίνου.
I am the seal of the acts and documents of Constantine Manganites.
Commentary
What we have read as a family name, Manganites, is not attested elsewhere, and may in fact refer indirectly to a function in the oikos of the Mangana, as Wassiliou-Seibt has suggested.
