Translation

Ἁγία Τριὰς βοήθη τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Κωνσταντήνῳ ὑπάτῳ.

Holy Trinity, help your servant Constantine, hypatos.

Commentary

This seal appears to have been re-used. Traces of a previous inscription are visible (upside down) at the bottom of the obverse, while the remains of a cruciform monogram (Θεοτόκε βοήθει ... σῷ) can be seen on the lower left of the reverse.
