Standing figure of the Mother of God orans, the medallion of Christ before her. Sigla: Μ̅Θ̅: Μ(ήτηρ) Θ(εοῦ). Within a border of dots, a circular inscription beginning at seven o'clock:

ΘΚΕΟΗΘΕΙΤΣΛ̅̅

Θ(εοτό)κε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δ(ού)λῳ

Inscription of five lines, a cross above. Border of dots.

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. οὗ σφραγίς εἰμη τὴν γραφὴν βλέπων νώει.

Mother of God, help your servant. Know whose seal I am by looking at the letter.
