Bust of the Mother of God holding the medallion of Christ before her. Inscription on either side: ̅ΘΥ̅: Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Along the circumference, within a border of dots, a circular inscription beginning at seven o'clock:

[Θ(εοτόκ)]ε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δού[λῳ]
