Patriarchal cross on (four?) steps (X at both crossings) with fleurons rising from base (up to first arm). Circular inscription along a border of dots.

Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λέοντι βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατιγῷ τῶν Κιβυρεοτῶν.
