Translation

Εὐλαμπίου πατρικίου καὶ λογοθέτου τοῦ σακελλίου καὶ τοῦ στρατιωτικοῦ.

(Seal of) Eulampios patrikios and logothetes tou sakelliou and tou stratiotikou.

Commentary

The inscription presents an unusual combination of offices, logothetes of the sakellion (where we would expect chartoularios) with logothetes of the stratiotikon.
