Commentary

Note the use of lines underscoring the inscription. There is also a repetition of two letters (ΤΑ) at the end of the first line and the beginning of the second.

Another (metrical) seal bearing the given name Theodore and what appears to be the family name Chleberis is cited in PBW : Theodore's 20345; it is dated to the twelfth century but may in fact have belonged to the owner of this seal.
