Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λέοντι ὑπάτῳ καὶ κωμερκιαρίῳ Χαλδείας.

Mother of God, help your servant Leo, hypatos and kommerkiarios of Chaldia.

Commentary

This seal, BZS.1955.1.1003, and BZS.1955.1.1005 come from the same boulloterion. BZS.1955.1.1006 is similar in date, but comes from a different boulloterion. All four likely belonged to the same owner.
