Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Σχολαστηκίῳ βασιλικῷ νηψισταρίῳ.
Theotokos, help your servant Scholastikios, imperial nipsistarios.
Commentary
This Scholastikios may be the same as the individual who served as ostiarios and parakoimomenos under Theophilos (PmbZ #6517), and as koubikoularios and sakellarios (BZS.1955.1.1344, BZS.1955.1.1345).
