Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδώρῳ ὑπάτῳ (καὶ) γενικ[ῷ] λογοθέτῃ.

Theotokos, help your servant Theodore, hypatos and general logothetes.

Commentary

The seal owner’s name is not clear. By comparison with the parallel specimen (BZS.1955.1.1281), “Theodore” is a most plausible reading.
