Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἠσαΐᾳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν ὐκιακῶν.

Theotokos, help your servant Isaias imperial spatharios and epi ton oikeiakon.

Commentary

Zacos–Veglery tentatively identified the owner of this seal as Chrestos. There does not appear to be enough room at the beginning of the first line for two letters. We propose here instead that the first glyph is a cross, followed by the name Isaias.
