Translation
. . . βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λεωντᾷ βασιλικῷ σπαθαροκανδιδάτῳ καὶ ἐπὴ τῶν ὐκηακῶν.
. . . help your servant Leontas imperial spatharokandidatos and epi ton oikeiakon.
Commentary
The letters in the cruciform monogram are difficult to make out, but the first letters of the circular inscription appear to be βο, for βοήθει, suggesting that the monogram will contain only a holy name, such as Κύριε or Θεοτόκε.
The final line on the reverse is heavily damaged and the resolution suggested here is tentative.
