Translation

Κύριε βοήθι τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἀνδρέᾳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατιγῷ τον Ἀνατολικῶν.

Lord, help your servant Andreas, imperial protospatharios and strategos of the Anatolikoi.

Commentary

This seal and BZS.1955.1.1357 are exact copies of each other, but the present one is larger than the other and had its matrix carved by a less experienced or less talented craftsman (in the province?). They obviously belonged to the same person.
