A patriarchal cross (x at lower transverse bar) mounted on a base of step. Fleurons on either side. Within a border of dots, a partially preserved circular inscription: 

.Ε̣ΧΟΗΘΘ̣ΙΤΣΛ

[Κ(ύρι)]ε Χ(ριστὲ) βοήθι τῷ σῷ δούλ(ῳ)
