Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Κοσμᾷ βασιλικῷ στράτορι καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ Πανφλαγονίας.
Lord, help your servant Kosmas, imperial strator and protonotarios of Panphlagonia.
Commentary
For the form Πανφλαγονία, see BZS.1955.1.4518. This seal and BZS.1955.1.1417 come from the same boulloterion, and so their readings have been combined.
